Well appointed brand-new hotel with good value, we had a perfect stay. The staff was experienced, amicable all the time.

Staying at CitizenM Boston North Station was a convenient transit stop during my travels. The quick and easy access to public transportation, such as the Green Line connecting to Fenway Park, made it a breeze to explore the city's attractions. The close proximity to North and Haymarket stations provided seamless connections for my onward journey.

The minor inconvenience of discovering old produce left behind in the cooling drawer upon check-in was unexpected. Despite this, it did not significantly impact my stay and the overall experience at CitizenM Boston North Station was enjoyable.

The room ideal for solo traveler with a view is also pretty good and clean. I appreciated the flat-screen TV and rain shower, which made the stay very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of Faneuil Hall Marketplace and other landmarks. great value for solo travelers looking for a convenient and modern hotel experience.

The difficulty in getting the discounted parking rate for the parking garage. Despite staying twice, I never received the discounted rate.

we had the most amazing stay at Citizenm! the location is perfect, just next to north station, making it very convenient for getting around the city. the hotel has a very cosy and warm feel, and the view from our room was breathtaking, with the bed situated right next to the window. we were impressed by the modern and clean room, and the control of lights, AC, and blinds through the provided iPad. The hotel's living room/lobby area is perfect for relaxing, with nice couches, fireplaces, and a coffee bar. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult time, and their exceptional service truly made our stay memorable.

I chose this hotel for attending to a synod because it provides a retail podium with the entrance to North Station and an expansion space for TD Garden. I was able to invite business partners for a craft cocktail in the living room, and the hotel has 6 meeting rooms available for events.

The one service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated business center for professional needs.
